Earl grey tea infused ice cream between two white lemon cookies. We use real earl grey tea powder infused with bergamot to achieve a floral earl grey aroma. Paired together with lemon zest cookies. FANCY!
Each ice cream sandwich is approximately 130gr, 7cm in diameter, and 4cm in height. Stored at -18C, they can be kept in a home freezer for up to 6 months.
